Deck Work
The major task is a detailed scope of work on the “deck” once “who’s deck is who’s” is resolved This is a top priority of all public access solutions are to be evaluated.

There is 1000 square feet of precious dockside space being wasted behind this fence. We can liberate it through laying the fence on the other side of it down on the conveniently spaced heavy lumber left from some former life and we will have a great storage and staging space right next to our launch.
Not a hard job but it adds invaluable space just where it can do the most good.
