What are the kite flying issues at this location?

What are the needs of the winged creatures?

    There are no kite flying issues. The birds don’t care and the TC’s at Kennedy don’t either…

    As far as the other flying creatures are concerned — a good hose with good water pressure is the only apparent answer. It’s a balance thing, not a power thing.
