Suggested strategy: Take everything that can be moved out of the building, tag it for what ever it needs as follows: 1. repair or restore or 2. make it go away responsibly. Then, working with a site plan and scope of work put it all back in where the plan/scope suggests. That is to place repair restore stuff in the repair restore place or for immediate use where the site plan suggests.
